The Tourism Career is based at the Business Builiding. To join the career, simply go to the Business Building and choose "Join Tourism Career"! It focuses on Logic, Charisma and Writing.

Patch 1.31~1.36: The Careers - Phase Ten 
Patch 1.38~1.39: The Careers - Phase Eleven

Patch 1.42: The Careers - Phase Twelve
Only the Base game is needed for this career to work but it will work with any combination of Expansion and Stuff packs.
It was made with patch 1.42 and should work on all patch levels, although if it doesn't, please let me know.
The career is in English and Russian (thanks to todoabout for the translation!). I'll include translation instructions at the end.

Bartender Career

I bring you a Bartender Career, requested by partyanimal333 and silverio1975at Mod the Sims!
For this career to work, you need Twallan's Career mod, suitable to your patch level:
Patch 1.31-1.36 ~ Careers Phase Ten
Patch 1.38-1.39 ~ Careers Phase Eleven
Patch 1.42-1.48 ~ Careers Phase Twelve
Only the Base game and Late Night are needed for this career to work and it will work with any combination of Expansion and Stuff packs.

Navy JAG Corps Career

The Judge Advocate General Corps serves primarily as legal advisors to the command to of the Navy. In this function, they can also serve as the personal legal advisor to their commander. Their advice may cover a wide range of issues dealing with administrative law, government contracting, civilian and military personnel law, law of war and international relations, and other legal concerns. They also serve as prosecutors for the military when conducting courts-martial. Navy Lawyers in the JAG Corps are charged with both the defense and prosecution of military law as provided in the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Highly experienced officers of the JAG Corps often serve as military judges in courts-martial and courts of inquiry. Are you ready to defend the Navy and make a name for yourself?

Army Officer Career

You asked for it, and now you got it! I offer you the Army Officer Career to complement my Army Enlisted Career . The Army Officer Career has only one track for both male and female. Please keep in mind that both of these careers, while modeled on the real US military, are still careers for sims and their world! So your females, humans, fairies, witches, vamps, etc. can have fulfilling careers regardless of how the "real" world works! Enjoy! :D

As with any custom career, you'll need to have Twallan's Base Careers Mod installed in order for it to work.
Be sure to keep this mod updated, especially when a new patch is released. Twallan excels at keeping his mods up-to-date!

Patch Compatibility - This career was made with patch 1.42 and with Seasons installed.

Currently, the language is in English only, but I'm willing to take a crack at including other language files, so I've included a file for translators to use. Minimum Wage/More Realistic Earnings

A mod to lower the pay and increase the hours of all Sims 3 Careers. All now start at $8 or less depending on the career track in question and lowers the amount you can get as a raise to 0.04%.

I tried to use my intelligence when reassigning the amounts. For example I kinda figured the Leader of the Free World would earn more than someone working in a diner (no matter what career level), and I believe surgeons earn quite a bit as well. Whereas if you're in the Criminal career track, if you choose to go evil you’ll have to accept a pay drop to begin with. Supervillains don't pay their henchmen very well

I've actually made a couple BIGGER simply because they were things like being a super star or the leader of the free world and I figure that would earn more! Meanwhile things like a fan of Sports earns only a dollar an hour because if being a fan of something earned us money we'd all be rich.

Army Enlisted Career

Uncle Sim Wants YOU! Introducing a more realistic take on the Military Career, I offer you the Army Enlisted Career. As a US Army veteran myself, I'm just not all that thrilled with the way EA handled the Military career. Using the American Army enlisted ranks, your sim can join up as a raw recruit and work his or her way up to the rank of Command Sergeant Major - the highest US Army enlisted rank except for the Sergeant Major of the Army.

Having benefited from the wonderful mods from all of you fabulous creators out there, I decided it was time to give something back. This is my first attempt at modding anything, so I hope you'll all enjoy it!

As with any custom career, you'll need to have Twallan's Base Careers Mod installed in order for it to work.

Changed rabbithole to Theatre so everyone can play the career contrary to the movie set. patch Compatibility is v1.36. Works with Patch 1.38 I am not sure if it works for lower patch.
Language is only in English for now.

The Modelling Career was requested by Denise Williams. The level 1 of the career (Model Wannabe) has negative salary since this is the entry level of the modelling career you need to make sure you invest on yourself and look presentable to be discovered by an agent to officially become a model.
